2.System architecture
The core of the Synapcast System is an online TV programs service platform. On this platform, key functions and operations can be performed, such as TV programs signal collection, TV program release, authentication and analysis. At the same time, this platform adopts the advanced peer-to-peer technology which efficiently lows down the network and capability requirement at the server side.
Synacast provides online live media broadcasting platform which supports millions of users with little cost. The Synacast System is mainly composed of the following parts:

Synacast adopts the self-developed third-generation P2P network architecture, which combines the efficiency of the P2P network and the stability of the C/S model. Synacast can automatically detect the change of the user network, automatically adjust the data transmission strategy and guarantee the stability of the peer-to peer media streaming.
In the network architecture, Synacast adopts the third-generation network based on the DHT (Distributed Hash Table) which differs from the second-generation BitTorrent network. It realizes the automatic evolution of the network architecture and local rectification in order to make centralized connections for users in one ISP, provide smoother program and low down the output flux of ISP.
In the network connection, Synacast can get through most fire walls and NAT net gates which guarantee different location users get the same smooth services. At the same time, Synacast automatically detects the change of the network bandwidth, automatically adjust P2P algorithm and streaming strategy to guarantee stable and lasting media streaming.
Multilevel architecture can easily be extended. From the P2P transmission system to IPTV platform Synacast customizes the system absolutely on the customers¡¯ demands. The system adopts the widely used Windows Media and Real coding system which fully make use of the customer¡¯s investment and achieve an easy combination with other media stream administration system.
